This dvd has an easy navigational layout. If you either want to play the lesson plans from start to finish or focus on any particular step or move, you can easily highlight that selection from the navigation pages of that section. Along with having a section for all of your footwork and a section that shows and breaks down over 20 different moves.
This dvd explains and shows you how to get into your basic position also shows in detail how to properly hold the hands. A picture in picture zoom is featured at the bottom of the screen to give a close up of the explanation.
In the "Foot Work" section, it explains the proper way to execute each step so that there is no misunderstanding of what to do with your feet while performing each move. A picture in picture window is featured in this section for each step, showing a side view perspective for added clarity.
All of the moves are broken down into step by step
details so that the leader as well as the follower will understand what
they are to do. Instruction is given for the footwork, hand positioning
along with the lead associated with each move.

dvd also has a "Follow Me" section that allows you to warm up or review
the footwork you've learned while watching Chuck and Korissa do those
same steps. As well there is a section that has 3 different
combinations, increasing in difficulty that will be called out early
enough for you to follow while Chuck and Korissa does those same moves.
